Product Range

 

The Texflam range of products are a clear, water-based fabric treatment which produce a Flame Retardancy for mattress ticking, domestic and contractual upholstery, curtains and drapes, for both natural and man-made fibres, meeting the requirements of BS 5852 and BS 6807.

The alternative fire retardancy systems available fall into two basic categories: Back-coating or Solvent based.

Currently we offer four different levels with the same basic properties and the best one for you will depend very much on your own requirements. The Texflam Fabric Clinic will be able to help decide how much is needed to ensure that your fabrics are proofed.

The original product - semi durable, sufficient for most needs.
Texflam  Multiguard   
A recent enhancement to the range - Fire Retardancy and Waterproofing in one product.
Texflam   Durable
Another recent enhancement, providing longer lasting FR treatment for your needs.
Texflam   Non-Durable
The basic product - best used for mattress ticking, rugs etc.
